Method
Every holder table comes from a named SEC filing and links to it. If a position cannot be traced to a document, it is not in a table.
Sources
Ownership comes from each company's latest DEF 14A proxy statement, or Form 20-F for Nebius. Later Schedule 13G or 13D amendments are noted when we have reviewed them. Private transactions come from company announcements and trade press, named beside each deal.
Founders
A person gets a founder page when the company's own filing calls them a founder or co-founder. Where the filing does not, the page says so and names the source used instead. Each page covers what those documents state, and it is not a full biography.
What beneficial ownership means
It counts shares a person can vote or dispose of, plus shares obtainable within 60 days through options, warrants or conversion. It can overstate shares actually held, and one position can appear under several names.
Limits
- Holders under 5% generally do not appear, so these tables are not full shareholder lists.
- Proxy tables often repeat older 13G filings, so a row can be months out of date on the day it is published.
- Company selection is editorial: listed AI cloud and data center businesses with current filings.
